Megan and I had worked on some short form commercials together, but this was an opportunity to do some longform and I was thrilled to do it. Megan shoots with a contrasty film print emulation lut and so a lot of the work, honestly was just making it better. Teasing out color contrast, adding some grain, balancing it out in places. We were never trying to go too stylized, but something that was pleasing and warm to let Katherine Waddell’s stellar performance shine through.
